Privacy and Confidentiality 

Declutter Me provides a confidential and professional service. Upon quotation Declutter Me may require photo/videos in order to establish a specific quote and plan tailored for you, they will not be used for any other purpose. Any photo/videos used during and after our session, will only be reproduced for publicity purposes with your permission.

Disclaimer

Declutter Me provides advice and encouragement in the decluttering and organising process. Declutter Me can therefore accept no responsibility for actions of the client . It is ultimately the clients decision to let go of items and Declutter Me accepts no responsibility for the actions the client takes on the basis of that advice be that, at the time of consultation, engagement in the organising or decluttering process, or at any subsequent or future date following any engagement or consultation.

​As ​​​​​​​Declutter Me are not valuers of art or other items ​​​of special value or rarity, clients are advised to seek their own valuations of any items.

Declutter Me handle items with care. In the case of accidental damage or loss, howsoever caused, the client acknowledges that Declutter Me will not be held liable for losses or damage howsoever caused in their engagement.

Declutter Me hold a public liability insurance with an indemnity of £1 million.

Limits of work and removal of items

Any large or heavy items that need removing or relocating may require a third party to help. Items to be removed from your premises either for disposal or to other locations must be done at your own discretion.

Payment Terms 

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and dates. Full payment is required at the end of the session. The client will receive a payment link along with their initial quote to take a deposit. An invoice will be generated after each session is complete along with a payment link as all payments are made via bank transfer. We take card payments & bank transfers only. Extra charges will incur if the remaining balance is not paid on time.

Cancellation 

We require a 50% non refundable deposit however we know life can get in the way due to unavoidable circumstances. Therefore if you need to reschedule simply contact the Declutter Me team and we will be happy to help.
