Booking Policy

Our working hours are between 10am-4pm You can reschedule or cancel your session no later than 72hrs ahead of your booking, please contact us directly to do so. Please note, we will often do a light clean after every session however we do not offer cleaning services. Our online booking system is for London Clients only, if you would like to discuss a project with us outside of London please contact us directly. We try and encourage our team to use public transport, please let us know if you are in an area that is not accessible via train or bus. (Input this in the information box at checkout). Please note, we do not specialise in hoard clearances or cleans, however we can provide you with the correct information for a specialist in our APDO community By booking this session you agree to our terms & conditions.
